Design Villa Summa Cum Suis (*) is our spacious, luxurious and modern family villa in Jávea on the Costa Blanca where we like to get together as a composite family a few times a year. We like to give also others the opportunity to enjoy a stay with their (extended) family in our newly built villa (2023) with panoramic sea and mountain views.

 

Our villa was designed by the renowned architect Raúl Torres and is located in one of the literally ‘top’ locations overlooking the highly sought-after modern residential ara of Villes de Vent. The plot borders directly on the slope of the Parque Forestal de Granadella ensuring full privacy to the plot and the villa.

The comfort in and around the house is of a high standard. With almost 400 m2 of living space, it is very suitable for a large family or 2 families. It provides two separate living rooms, , 5 double bedrooms, a luxury kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment of quality brands such as Siemens and Bora, fully automatic Jura coffee machine, 4 meters long bar/island with seating for 8-10 persons, a cinema, Sonos speakers and Bosch washer and dryer. Underfloor heating and air conditioning will make your stay very comfortable in every season of the year.

 

The accommodation offers plenty of opportunities for quality outside living. Various terraces of 200 m2 on 3 different levels with sunbeds, dining table and sofas, a private swimming pool of 14 meters long, a lovely lounge area for the evening sun and a spa /sitting area in the water. Due to their positions, all terraces offer full privacy, while you can enjoy a panoramic 180 degree view up to 30 kilometers away, with the Mediterranean sea and surrounding mountains on the horizon – including a frontal view of the Montgó (elephant) and the lighthouse of Cab San Antonio.

Hotspot

The port town of Jávea (called Xàbia in its Valencian way) with its many cozy terraces, restaurants and the beautiful beaches and bays on the Mediterranean Sea is only about a 5-minutes-drive from the villa. Jávea is known for its steep cliffs, jagged coastlines and pristine beaches. The picturesque town is bordered by two capes, on one side by Cabo San Antoni and on the other by Cabo de la Nau.

One of the beaches, Cala Granadella, adjacent to its Parque Forestal that borders Villa Summa Cum Suis, was crowned the most beautiful beach in Spain. Cities such as Denia, Moraira, Guadalest, Jalon and Altea are nearby and more than worthwhile visiting, as well as the cities of Valencia and Alicante (both with their airports about 100 km from Jávea). Due to the central location you have everything the Costa Blanca is known for, in the immediate vicinity. Nature, historical sites, culture and art, gastronomy, hiking and other sports activities, you will find it without difficulty.

Moreover, according to the World Health Organization, the climate on the Costa Blanca is the most pleasant and healthiest in Europe due to the clean air (no industry) and the mild climate with 2.700 – 3.300 hours or more than 320 days of sunshine per year.

All of this makes Jávea to a unique place to spend your holiday in any season of the year.

you should know!

As a general rule, the day of arrival / departure will be Saturday. Please note that check-in starts at 16:00 on the arrival date, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 on the departure date. Outside the months of July-August you can request at booking for flexible check-in and check-out options, arriving and leaving on any time or day of the week.

 

The facilities and equipment of Villa Summa Cum Suis are based on a maximum of 10 guests. The price is based on the number of indicated guests, if after booking you would like to increase the number of guests, a surcharge will be applicable between €20 and €50/day/person.

 

The total cost of your stay, including initial and final cleaning, bed linen, towels, cleaning during your stay, and beach towels for all guests, is listed on the booking form. Costs for heating and air conditioning are usually included in the rental price, but if not, the cost will be calculated and shown on the booking form. Gas and electricity charges for normal use are also included, except for any optional energy charges listed on the booking form.
